Terms of sale

Our trading terms

What you are agreeing to at checkout, in plain sentences.

The seller

Orders are placed with Helmora Pavilion directly. The trading address is 10 JUNA, TUKOGANJ, Hemilton Rd, near TILAKPATH, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452007, India. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.

Orders and pricing

The contract forms at the moment we email your order confirmation. Prices are in Indian Rupees and cover the goods; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed.

Product pages are built from what suppliers give us. If a price or figure is plainly wrong, we would rather cancel and refund in full within 5-7 business days than dispatch against an error.

Specifications

We publish supplier specifications unchanged. We are glad to compare a listing against your requirement, but a guarantee that something will fit or perform in your situation is beyond what a retailer can give.

We do not offer an additional warranty through our store. Where a warranty is stated on a product page it applies on its own terms.

What a listing figure does and does not mean

Pair capacity on a shoe rack is a supplier figure based on ordinary adult footwear. It is a guide, not a guarantee, and we say so on the product page rather than only here.

What we ask of you

Your side of it: address and phone number correct, parcel inspected when it arrives. Our text and images are not for reuse, and our goods are not to be resold as another brand’s.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
