How payment works
We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no card details are taken or stored on this site.
Orders of ₹999 and over ship free. Under that figure the flat ₹49 charge is applied, and you see it at checkout before confirming.
What is different here
An order that mixes a shoe cabinet with a sheet set can cross the free delivery threshold on its own. The checkout applies that from ₹999 automatically; you do not have to ask for it.
GST
On tax: Helmora Pavilion is not registered for GST. Our turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold, which is why registration has not been taken. It follows that GST is not charged separately at any point in the order, and that we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN — we have no registration number to put on one. What you see on the product page is the price of the goods, with any delivery charge shown before you complete checkout.
Failed and duplicate payments
If a UPI payment is debited but the order does not confirm, send us the UPI reference and we trace it. If the same order is paid twice, the duplicate payment is refunded within 7 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction.
