The numbers
How the estimate is built
Add handling of 1-2 business days to transit of 3-9 business days and you get the 4-11 business days printed above. Nothing is rounded in our favour. Treat both ends of that range as an estimate. Courier backlogs, festival traffic and weather all stretch it, and none of them are within our control.
There is one dispatch point, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and two carriers behind it — India Post and a private courier — chosen by destination.
How your order is packed
Racks and cabinets ship flat with the fixings taped inside the panel carton. Textiles are folded into a sealed polybag first so a damp outer box never reaches the fabric.
This catalogue splits into two shapes: flat panel cartons for racks and cabinets, and soft parcels for bed linen and dohars. They travel differently, and an order containing both often arrives as two parcels on different days. Neither is late — they were simply booked separately.
Paying on arrival
COD is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. Where a PIN code is not served for COD the checkout will not offer it.
When something breaks
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes a claim much easier to settle. We review what you send and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
